摘 要:气体探测器的启动控制器瞬态输出未经过校正存在误差,无法及时察觉管廊燃气舱内气体情况。为了减小探测器的启动误差,提高启动成功率,提出智慧管廊燃气舱可燃气体探测器启动自动控制技术。计算干扰因素确定红外光线,采集气体数据;利用光强扩展成傅立叶级数,根据二次谐波信号明确燃气舱浓度情况;运用超前滞后控制启动探测器,构建PI控制器的控制目标函数;选用二阶感应优化自动化控制,校正瞬态误差。实验结果证明在该方法控制下的探测器启动瞬态误差低于0.01 kit/ms,启动成功率在99.7%以上,提高了启动成功率。The transient output of the start controller of the gas detector has not been corrected and there is an error,so it is impossible to detect the gas condition in the gas tank of the pipe gallery in time.In order to reduce the start-up error of the detector and improve the start-up success rate,an automatic control technology for the start-up of the combustible gas detector in the gas tank of the smart pipe gallery is proposed.It calculates the interference factor to determine the infrared light,and collect the gas data,uses the light intensity to develop into a Fourier series,and determines the concentration of the gas tank according to the second harmonic signal,uses the lead-lag control to start the detector to construct the control objective function of the PI controller,Second-order induction optimizes automatic control and corrects transient errors.The experimental results show that the transient error of the detector under the control of this method is lower than 0.01 kit/ms,and the startup success rate is over 99.7%,which improves the startup success rate.
