摘 要:为了探究低气压养护环境下不同水泥掺量对水泥土物理性能的影响,通过自制低气压试验箱模拟高海拔地区水泥土的养护条件,研究了7 d和28 d不同低气压梯度(100 kPa、70 kPa、40 kPa)养护下,水泥掺量(12%、15%、18%)对水泥土密度、吸水率、孔隙率及无侧限抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:低气压养护对水泥土密度、吸水率、孔隙率及抗压强度影响效果显著。水泥掺入量为12%时,不同低气压养护和不同龄期条件下水泥土密度最高。在7 d,同一低气压下水泥土吸水率随水泥掺量的增加而降低。对于孔隙率,适当的水泥掺量能促使水泥土孔隙率变小,而低气压养护和龄期的延长会导致水泥土孔隙率增加。低气压养护下,降低水泥用量可以增大水泥土抗压强度,节约成本的同时还能增强水泥土力学性能。In order to investigate the effect of different cement contents on the physical properties of cement soil under low-pressure curing environment,a self-made low-pressure test chamber was used to simulate the curing conditions of cement soil in high-altitude areas.The influence of cement content(12%,15%,18%)on the density,water absorption rate,porosity and unconfined compressive strength of cement soil under different low-pressure gradients(100 kPa,70 kPa,40 kPa)curing for 7 d and 28 d was studied.The results indicate that low-pressure curing has a significant effect on the density,water absorption,porosity,and compressive strength of cement soil.When the cement content is 12%,the cement soil density is highest under different low-pressure curing and different age conditions.At 7d,the water absorption rate of cement soil decreases with the increase of cement content under the same low pressure.For porosity,appropriate cement dosage can promote a decrease in porosity of cement soil,while low-pressure curing and prolonged aging can lead to an increase in porosity of cement soil.Under low-pressure curing,reducing the amount of cement can increase the compressive strength of cement soil,save costs,and enhance the mechanical properties of cement soil.
