摘 要:本文围绕辊压机绿色低碳粉磨技术,介绍辊压机粉磨过程中的料床稳定性机理,以及辊压机与配套分选装备及系统的最新技术,实现辊压机粉磨系统进一步节能降耗。同时,通过优化不同组分在颗粒段的分布来促进胶凝材料活性的充分利用,开发了多种分别组合粉磨生产工艺方案,在保证水泥品质的同时,降低了熟料的用量,降低了企业生产成本,减少了水泥生产的碳排放。最后,通过两个工厂应用案例,分别介绍了辊压机生料终粉磨系统和水泥分别组合粉磨系统的实施效果。This article focuses on the green and low-carbon grinding technology of roller press,introducing the stability mechanism of the material bed during the roller press grinding process,as well as the latest technology of roller press and supporting sorting equipment and systems,to achieve further energy saving and consumption reduction in the roller press grinding system.At the same time,by optimizing the distribution of different components in the particle segment to improve the full utilization of the activity of cementitious materials,various combined grinding production process schemes have been developed.While ensuring the quality of cement,the amount of clinker used has been reduced,the production cost of enterprises has been lowered,and the carbon emissions of cement production have been reduced.Finally,the implementation effects of the roller press raw material final grinding system and the cement separately combined grinding system were introduced through two factory application cases.
