摘　　要：本文立足于风险管控的核心理念,深入剖析供应商风险的主要方面,将其归结为供应商选择风险、合同管理风险、交货风险以及质量管理风险等多个维度。在此基础上,进一步提出了加强供应链管理基础及应对供应链风险的具体举措,旨在通过提升风险控制能力,进而有效增强工程企业采购的安全性和稳定性。This article is based on the core concept of risk management and deeply analyzes the main aspects of supplier risk,which can be summarized into multiple dimensions such as supplier selection risk,contract management risk,delivery risk,and quality management risk.On this basis,this article further proposes specific measures to strengthen the foundation of supply chain management and respond to supply chain risks,aiming to effectively enhance the safety and stability of engineering enterprise procurement by improving risk control capabilities.
