高原高寒富水长大反坡铁路隧道清污分流施工技术

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国高速铁路建设事业的迅速发展,隧道工程建设项目日益增多,“长度大、埋深大,地质条件复杂、环保要求高”是隧道工程发展的总趋势。在隧道施工周期内,排水保障是一项重要指标,特别是施工产生的污水、围岩裂隙渗水、涌水,制约着隧道文明施工、更影响隧道的高质量建设。同时,施工污水、围岩渗漏水的排放也严重影响洞外周边环境、生态保护等,特别是在高原地区,生态环境脆弱,若随意排放污水,极易导致生态环境失衡,带来多种风险、灾害。在涌水量较大的反坡隧道,若全部按污水加以处理,其处理难度与处理成本高。同时受地质构造影响,不同区段涌水量差异很大,部分为贫水段,部分为强富水段,巨大的涌水量波动将对废水处理设施的运行带来了极大的困难,并易引发局部环境污染事件或纠纷。本文通过总结国内某高原高寒富水长大反坡隧道清污分流施工技术,采用布设清污水沟、水仓、分级接力抽排等方式有效解决了隧道清污分流的难题,为今后类似工程提供经验。In recent years,with the rapid development of China′s high-speed railway construction industry,the number of tunnel engineering construction projects has been increasing.The overall trend of tunnel engineering development is"large length,deep burial,complex geological conditions,and high environmental requirements".During the tunnel construction period,drainage guarantee is an important indicator,especially the sewage,rock fissure seepage,and water inflow generated during construction,which restrict the civilized construction of the tunnel and further affect the high-quality construction of the tunnel.At the same time,the discharge of construction sewage and leakage water from surrounding rocks also seriously affects the surrounding environment and ecological protection outside the tunnel,especially in plateau areas where the ecological environment is fragile.If sewage is discharged arbitrarily,it can easily lead to ecological imbalance and bring various risks and disasters.In reverse slope tunnels with high water inflow,if all are treated as sewage,the difficulty and cost of treatment will be high.At the same time,influenced by geological structures,there are significant differences in water inflow between different sections,some of which are poor water sections and some are strong rich water sections.The huge fluctuations in water inflow will bring great difficulties to the operation of wastewater treatment facilities and easily lead to local environmental pollution events or disputes.This article summarizes the construction technology of cleaning and sewage diversion for a long and steep slope tunnel in a high-altitude,cold and rich water plateau in China.The difficulties of cleaning and sewage diversion in the tunnel are effectively solved by laying cleaning and sewage ditches,water tanks,and graded relay pumping,providing experience for similar projects in the future.
