摘　　要：预应力钢筒混凝土管(简称PCCP管)是一种高强度、高抗渗性和高密封性的复合型材料,具有可承受内外高荷载的能力,通水能力强、耐腐蚀性好、使用寿命长、对地基适应性好以及社会综合效益好的优势。大口径PCCP管道不仅自重大、管节长、安装精度要求高,而且在进行管道安装时,对其承插口对接时的精度要求高,若承插口的对接不能满足设计与相关规范要求时,需要分离后再次安装,其费时费力。PCCP管常用于城市输水工程,具有有压、流量大的特点,在其运行过程中一旦发生管节脱落将会造成严重的后果。因此,为了保障管道施工的质量与运行安全,对管道安装精度的把控尤为重要。常规的PCCP管安装采用大吨位吊车吊装,但因吊车占用的时间较长、效率低、安装精度不高,通常存在返工的情况。阐述了结合具体工程研究出的PCCP管辅助安装设备,减少了对大吨位吊车的使用时间,同时还具有安装效率高、精度高、一次验收合格率高的特点。The prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP tube for short)is a kind of composite material with high strength,high permeability and high sealing.It has the advantages of being able to withstand high load inside and outside,strong water permeability,good corrosion resistance,long service life,good adaptability to foundation and good comprehensive social benefits.It is widely used in various fields of municipal engineering.The large diameter PCCP pipeline is not only self-heavy,long pipe section,high installation accuracy requirements,but also during pipeline installation,its socket docking accuracy requirements are high,if the socket docking cannot meet the design and specification requirements,it needs to be separated and installed again,which is time-consuming and laborious.The PCCP pipe is often used in urban water transmission project,which has the characteristics of high pressure and large flow.Once the pipe joint falls off during operation,serious consequences will be caused.In order to ensure the quality of pipeline construction and operation safety,the control of pipeline installation accuracy is particularly important.The conventional PCCP pipe installation is carried out by large-tonnage crane,which takes up a long time,has low efficiency and low installation accuracy,and often has rework.The auxiliary installation equipment of PCCP pipe in this project reduces the use time of large-tonnage crane,and has the characteristics of high installation efficiency,high precision and high one-time acceptance rate.
