摘　　要：李家岩水库输水管道工程位于成都平原,全线采用有压重力流输水,双管敷设,轴线全长10.08km,其中PCCP管道的铺设长度为7.3km。鉴于PCCP管道施工存在接口内、外缝施工速度慢且其施工质量不易控制的问题,项目部在施工时对管道外缝灌浆模板采用柔性灌浆包带并制作了一种专用容器,用于控制灌浆配合比;内缝灌注在控制聚硫密封胶配合比的同时,采用可移动式小车用于提高灌缝的效率,进而降低了有限空间作业的安全隐患,取得了较好的效果。Lijiayan Reservoir Water Pipeline Project is located in Chengdu Plain.It adopts pressure gravity flow to transport water in the whole line with double pipe laying.The total length of the axis is 10.08 km,among which the length of PCCP pipe is 7.3 km.The construction speed of the inner and outer joints of PCCP pipe interface is slow and the construction quality is not easy to control.In order to solve this problem,a flexible grouting belt is used in the grouting template for the outer joint of the pipeline,and a special container is made to control the grouting mix.In addition to controlling the mix ratio of polysulfide sealant,the movable trolley is used to improve the filling efficiency and reduce the safety risks of limited space operation.
