输尿管支架管设计现状和进展

摘　　要：输尿管支架管是泌尿外科医师的常用耗材,对泌尿系结石和肾盂输尿管的重建性手术后康复有重要意义。输尿管支架管置入后可能引起许多支架相关症状,严重影响患者的生活质量和体验感。本文综述了输尿管支架的起源和历史变革,输尿管支架管在尾端形状、如何便于移除的策略、抗反流技术、主干改变的进展、合适的直径及长度变化等方面的创新,笔者自己的创新设计。讨论了这些设计改进对支架相关症状的影响,并提供了未来输尿管支架管设计可能的发展方向,旨在帮助临床医师更有效地满足多样化的临床需求,正确选择和使用输尿管支架管。Ureteral stents are common surgical instruments used in clinical practice by urologists.Many urological surgeries require the use of ureteral stents,including almost all cases of urinary tract stone surgery,reconstruction surgery of the renal pelvis and ureter,which is of great significance for the recovery of patients.The placement of ureteral stents in the body may cause many stent-related symptoms,seriously affecting the patient's quality of life and experience.This article reviews the early design and evolution history of ureteral stents,innovations in the shape of the tail end,strategies for easy removal,anti reflux technology design,progress in main stem design,changes in diameter and length of ureteral stents,and the author's own innovative design.We discussed the impact of these design schemes and improvement measures on stent-related symptoms,and provided possible development directions for future ureteral stent design,aiming to help clinical physicians better choose and use ureteral stents,and more effectively meet the personalized clinical needs of patients.
