摘　　要：实景三维技术是对村镇房屋调查管理的重要手段,国家大力推进新农村的建设,因此村镇可视化愈发重要。基于Cesium框架搭建村镇房屋可视化应用平台,从而实现村镇房屋数据的可视化。将村镇房屋数据进行格式转换,采用B/S架构对格式转换后的数据实现Web端的可视化。村镇房屋可视化应用平台主要实现了房屋数据的可视化、房屋信息查询、空间量测等,具有较好的数据可视化表达效果,能够实现三维模型数据的多角度浏览与信息查询,具有较高的应用价值。Real 3D technology is an important means of investigating and managing rural houses.The country is vigorously promoting the construction of new rural areas,so the visualization of rural areas is becoming increasingly important.Building a visualization application platform for rural houses based on the Cesium framework to achieve the visualization of rural house data.Convert the format of rural house data,and use the B/S architecture to visual⁃ize the converted data on the web end.The rural house visualization application platform mainly realizes the visual⁃ization of house data,house information query,spatial measurement,etc.It has good data visualization expression ef⁃fect and can achieve multi angle browsing and information query of 3D model data,which has high application value.
