摘　　要：为提升潍坊地震监测中心站的技术支撑和公共服务能力,促进中心站业务转型和高质量发展,使用B/S架构进行设计,基于J2EE进行平台开发,采用主流技术框架SSM(Spring+Spring MVC+MyBatis),建设中心站智慧业务平台。该平台涵盖中心站全资源、全过程、全人员的管理模式,适配集成国家和省级已开发的数据质量、监控运维等平台系统,具有高效实用、由面到点、一屏管全站等特点。重点实现站网资源管理、设备状态监控、数据质量监控、地震应急服务、环境视频监控和人员日常管理等功能,可一键产出设备巡检与数据质量月报、震后应急服务产品等报告报表。该平台将全面提升中心站的数据资源处理效能、基础业务信息化水平和市县公共服务能力。The objective is to enhance the technical support and public service capabilities of Weifang Earthquake Monitoring Center Station,promote the transformation and high-quality development of the center station's busi⁃ness,and build a smart business platform for the center station.The platform is designed using the B/S architecture and developed based on J2EE,adopts the mainstream technology framework Spring+Spring MVC+MyBatis(SSM).This platform covers the management mode of all resources,processes,and personnel in the central station,and is adapted to integrate national and provincial-level developed platform systems for data quality,monitoring and op⁃eration,etc.,with the characteristics of high efficiency and practicality,from surface to point,and one screen man⁃agement of the entire station.It focuses on implementing functions such as station network resource management,equipment status monitoring,data quality monitoring,earthquake emergency services,environmental video moni⁃toring,and daily personnel management.It can generate monthly reports on equipment inspection and data quality,as well as post earthquake emergency service products with just one click.The completion of the development of this platform will comprehensively enhance the data resource processing efficiency,basic business informatization level,and public service capabilities of the central station.
