摘  要:铺轨机在隧道内铺设有砟轨道的传统测量方法以“巡线导航”方式进行,该作业方法在测量过程、引导线安置、距离计算等环节对轨道中线有一定影响,造成铺轨机在隧道内铺设有砟轨道的精度难以保证且效率低下。目前,采用高精度“智能全站仪+智能终端App”融合测量技术指导铺轨机在隧道内铺设有砟轨道作业,该技术除了具有外业操作简单、成果信息精准、保证轨道铺设精度、大幅度提升作业效率等优点外,还具有较高生产实效性和应用推广价值。The traditional measuring method of track laying machine laying ballasted track in tunnel is carried out in the way of"line-guiding navigation",which has certain influence on the center line of the track in the process of measurement,placement of guide lines,calculation of distance,etc.,making it difficult to guarantee the accuracy of track laying machine laying ballasted track in tunnel and reduces the efficiency.At present,the high-precision"in⁃telligent total station+intelligent terminal App"fusion measurement technology is adopted to guide the track lay⁃ing machine to lay ballasted track operation in the tunnel,which not only has the advantages of simple field opera⁃tion,accurate information of results,guaranteeing the precision of track laying and greatly improving the operation efficiency,etc.,but also has the advantages of high productive effectiveness and the promotional value of application.
