摘　　要：村民接受度是装配式农房持续推广应用的关键。基于计划行为理论(Theory of Planned Behavior,TPB)和技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM),通过构建结构方程模型,深入分析装配式绿色农房在山东农村地区的被接受度及其影响因素。研究发现:村民态度受到感知有用性和感知易用性的显著影响,并进一步影响行为意向;同时,主观规范和感知行为控制对行为意向有正向作用。研究结果为提高装配式绿色农房的推广效果提供了科学依据,有助于进一步提升政策制定与实施的精准度和有效性。Villagers'acceptance is key to the sustained promotion and application of prefabricated rural houses.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB)and the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),this research em⁃ploys structural equation modeling to comprehensively analyze the acceptance and influencing factors.The research reveals that villagers'attitudes are significantly influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,which in turn affect their behavioral intentions,and subjective norms and perceived behavioral control also have a positive impact on behavioral intentions.The research results provide a scientific basis for improving the promotion effect of prefabricated green farm houses,and help to further improve the accuracy and effectiveness of policy formulation and implementation.
