摘　　要：近年来,民营企业高级管理人员涉职务犯罪问题已成为制约民营经济发展的不良因素并引发社会广泛关注。为进一步优化营商环境,助推民营企业行稳致远,应将治理涉企犯罪的端口前移,综合运用犯罪预防手段,注重民营企业高级管理人员涉罪风险的预防与治理,发挥“消未起之患、治未病之疾”的作用,从源头上遏制民营企业高级管理人员涉职务犯罪行为,减少因民营企业高级管理人员职务犯罪行为对企业发展造成的不良影响。In recent years,the problem of duty-related crimes committed by senior managers of private enterprises has become a negative factor restricting the development of the private economy and has aroused widespread social concern.In order to further optimize the business environment and help private enterprises to move forward steadily,we should move the control of enterprise-related crimes forward,use crime prevention measures comprehensively,focus on the prevention and control of the risk of crimes committed by senior managers of private enterprises,play the role of“eliminating troubles before they arise and treating diseases before they occur”,curb the duty-related crimes committed by senior managers of private enterprises from the source,and reduce the adverse effects of duty-related crimes committed by senior managers of private enterprises on enterprise development.
