循经通痹雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧改善1例颈椎内固定术后残余症状的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结循经通痹雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧改善1例颈椎内固定术后残余症状的护理经验。患者入院后完善相关评估,基于辨证分型,在常规镇痛干预的基础上,采用循经通痹雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧并结合辨证起居护理、辨证施食护理、情志护理等干预,有效减轻患者术后肩颈部疼痛,缓解双上肢麻木、双手肿胀症状,提高患者睡眠质量。This paper investigated the effect of Tongbi Thunder-fire moxibustion along meridian combined with Hufu copper-bian scrapping in relieving postoperative residual symptoms of a patient undergoing fixation of cervical vertebra,and summarized related nursing measures.Patient had received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission.Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation,Tongbi Thunder-fire moxibustion along meridian combined with Hufu copper-bian scrapping were adopted to relive the neck pain,numbness of upper limbs,swollen hands and other postoperative residual symptoms.Interventions on living habits,diet and mental health were carried out to improve patient’s quality of life during treatment.
