摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是较为常见的皮肤性疾病之一,其发生发展与患者的体质、饮食、心理、环境等因素密切相关。本研究从慢性荨麻疹的中医病因病机认识、中医护理技术在慢性荨麻疹中的应用现状、膳食调养以及情绪调节4个方面进行总结,旨在为建立一套针对性强、独具特色的慢性荨麻疹护理干预方案提供参考。Chronic urticaria(CU)is a common skin condition characterized by the recurrence of wheals,with or without angioedema.It is highly related to various factors such as patients’physical condition,diet,mental health and environment.This article mainly reviews the research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing for chronic urticaria,and summarizes its application in the treatment of chronic urticaria from four aspects:TCM etiology and pathogenesis,TCM characteristic nursing techniques,syndrome differentiation and diet,and emotional regulation.The paper aims to provide reference for the development of TCM nursing for treatment and nursing of chronic urticaria.
