腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者出院准备度现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者出院准备度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年6月—12月湘西土家族苗族自治州民族中医院收治的腹腔镜阑尾炎切除手术患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表及出院指导质量量表进行调查。结果患者出院准备度总分(105.22±7.98)分,出院指导质量总分(108.59±7.56)分,出院准备度与出院指导质量呈正相关(r=0.425,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、就业状态、出院指导质量是阑尾炎患者出院准备度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论对于腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者,护理人员需关注特殊人群(如儿童、老年人)的健康指导,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the readiness for hospital discharge of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From June 2023 to December 2023,patients who underwent laparoscopic appendicitis resection were selected as the research objects.The investigation was carried out with the General Information Questionnaire,Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale and Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale.Results The total score of discharge readiness was(105.22±7.98),and the total score of discharge teaching quality was(108.59±7.56).There was a positive correlation between discharge readiness and discharge teaching quality(r=0.425,P<0.01).Education level,employment status and quality of discharge guidance were the influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge in patients with appendicitis(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients after laparoscopic appendectomy,nursing staff should pay attention to the health guidance of special groups(such as children and the elderly people)to reduce the occurrence of complications.
