摘　　要：本文总结1例左上肢皮肤缺损行游离皮片移植术的护理经验。基于伤口评估三角制定干预方案,采用游离皮片移植术联合封闭负压引流术(VSD)修复创面,注意观察创面及周边情况,根据TIME原则及湿性愈合理念,适时调整敷料类型和换药频次,促进游离皮片移植区伤口快速恢复。This paper summerzied the nuring measures for a patient ungoing transplantation of free skin graft for skin defect of the left upper extremity.Based on the triangle wound assessment,the transplantation of free skin graft combined with vacuum sealing drainage was conducted.Nurse had closely observed the wound surface and surrounding conditions,and regulated the dressing materials and frequency of dressing change according to the theory of TIME and moist wound healing,in order to improve the wound healing at transplantation area of free skin graft.
