摘　　要：本文分析了干部人事档案专项审核工作中材料缺失的主要原因,指出了补档工作是干部人事档案管理工作中的痛点和难点,提出了只有从国家层面制定规范,从源头采取有效措施才能使档案从形成之初就齐全完整的观点,并提出了具体措施以及管理工作中的具体做法。This article analyzes the main reasons for the lack of materials in the specialized audit of cadre personnel files,points out that the re-filing work is the pain point and difficulty in the management of cadre personnel files,and proposes that only by formulating norms at the national level and taking effective measures at the source can the files be complete and intact from the beginning of their formation.Specific measures and practical approaches in management are also proposed.
