摘 要:为解决某SUV后保险杠耐光照试验时和尾灯发生干涉的问题,借助有限元分析技术,提出了后保险杠结构优化方案。保险杠结构优化方案经有限元分析和物理试验验证后均满足目标要求,验证了耐光照有限元分析方法及后保险杠优化方案的可靠性较高。The interference between rear-bumper and taillamp of a SUV in a sunload experiment was successfully reproduced with the help of FEM,and a structural optimization scheme was proposed.The structural optimization scheme of rear-bumper meets the target requirements after finite element analysis and physical experiment verification,indicating that the reliability of sunload finite element analysis method and the rear-bumper optimization scheme described in this paper is high.
