摘  要:针对自动装配分拣设备长周期制作与高投入的问题,采用NX-MCD与PLC联合仿真,实现自动装配与分拣设备设计与功能验证。利用NX建模模块完成设备的三维模型,完成建模后导入NX-MCD模块设置模型的物理属性,并根据设备功能实现的运行逻辑为系统构建信号适配器,以支持MCD信号与PLC信号的映射。选用PLCSIMAdvanced信号通道连接MCD模型的信号完成信号映射,以NX-MCD与TIAPortal+PLCSIMAdvanced软件的协同仿真,实现了分拣机构的虚拟调试。借助虚拟调试,实现了设备机械结构设计与电气程序设计在数字化环境下的同步开发和设备验证,缩短了产品的开发周期,并可为自动化装备开发企业提供借鉴。In order to solve the problem of long-term production and high investment of automatic assembly and sorting equipment,NX-MCD and PLC co-simulation are used to realize the design and function verification of automatic assembly and sorting equipment.The NX modeling module is used to complete the 3D model of the device,and after the modeling is completed,the NX-MCD module is imported to set the physical properties of the model,and the signal adapter is built for the system according to the operation logic realized by the equipment function to support the mapping of MCD signal and PLC signal.The PLCSIMAdv signal channel was selected to connect the signal of the MCD model to complete the signal mapping,and the co-simulation of NX-MCD and TIAPortal+PLCSIMAdvanced software was used to realize the virtual debugging of the sorting mechanism.With the help of virtual commissioning,the equipment realizes the synchronous development and equipment verification of mechanical structure design and electrical program design in the digital environment,reduces the product development cycle,and provides a reference for automation equipment development enterprises.
