摘　　要：设计了一种物料分拣生产线并对其进行了仿真调试。首先利用Siemens公司的MCD平台建立了符合要求的生产线3D模型,然后对模型进行了交互式设计和模拟机电系统的复杂连接,解决了生产工作站建设过程中开发周期久、调试成本高的难题,保证了产品的生产质量,有利于生产方案的灵活变动,同时也给MCD初学者和工厂加工者提供了一种新的设计思路,有效提升了企业的生产效率。This article provides a detailed description of a material sorting production line design and its simulation debugging.Firstly,a production line 3D model that meets the requirements was established using Siemens Mechatronics Concept Designer platform.Then,interactive design and simulation of the complex electromechanical system were carried out on the model.This approach solves the problems of long development cycles and high debugging costs during the construction of production workstations,ensuring the production quality of products and facilitating flexible changes to production plans.The content introduced also provides a new design mindset for both MCD beginners and factory workers,effectively enhancing the production efficiency of enterprises.
