摘  要:针对材料试验机检定校准费时费力问题,利用ABAQUS软件对标准拉伸试样模型进行模拟仿真拉伸试验,获得模型在计算机软件中模拟的应力—应变曲线,与标准拉伸试样在实验室材料试验机实际拉伸试验曲线进行对比分析,分析结果表明:该模拟仿真试验对提高材料试验机的试验数据准确度和复现性具有一定的指导意义,但不能完全取代材料试验机的定期检定校准工作。In view of the time-consuming and laborious problem of verification and calibration of material testing machines,ABAQUS software was used to carry out simulated tensile tests on the standard tensile specimen model,and the stress-strain curve simulated by the model in the computer software was obtained,which was compared with the actual tensile test curve of the standard tensile specimen on the laboratory material testing machine.The analysis results show that the simulation test has certain guiding significance for improving the accuracy and reproducibility of test data of the material testing machine,but it cannot completely replace the regular verification and calibration work of the material testing machine.
