摘 要:为改善连杆与轴瓦的接触状况,对连杆内表面进行喷丸处理,研究了喷丸对工件表面粗糙度的影响。在建立喷丸与工件有限元模型的基础上,通过ABAQUS软件模拟单丸粒喷丸后工件表面形貌。在此基础上,通过正交试验对连杆内表面开展了16组喷丸正交试验,考察弹丸直径、弹丸速度以及入射角度对工件表面粗糙度的显著性影响次序。研究结果表明:弹丸直径与弹丸速度对工件表面粗糙度的影响基本呈正线性关系,入射角度对工件表面粗糙度的影响较小;当弹丸直径为0.3 mm、弹丸速度为120 m/s、入射角度为75°时,工件的表面粗糙度达到最大,能够有效解决轴瓦打滑问题。In order to improve the contact between connecting rod and bearing bush,the influence of shot peening on workpiece surface roughness was studied.Built on the finite element model of shot peening and workpiece,the surface morphology of workpiece after shot peening was simulated by ABAQUS software.On this basis,16 sets of orthogonal shot peening tests were carried out on the inner surface of the connecting rod through orthogonal tests,and the significant influence order of the size,velocity and incidence Angle of the shot on the workpiece surface roughness was investigated.The results show that the influence of projectile size and projectile velocity on workpiece surface roughness is positive linear,and the impact of incident Angle on workpiece surface roughness is small.When the size of the projectile is 0.3 mm,the velocity of the projectile is 120 m/s,and the incidence Angle is 90°,the surface roughness of the workpiece reaches the maximum,which can effectively address the problem of sliding of the bearing bush.
