摘 要:针对现有集成式增压器不能满足使用要求的情况,基于通用的电气、液压元件,提出了两种大流量电液增压器的设计方案,并应用AMESim对两种方案进行了建模、仿真测试和对比分析。研究结果表明,新设计的电液增压器摈弃了集成式结构,采用了分布式结构进行布置,使得电液增压器布置更加灵活、维修更加方便,并可根据实际需要设计来满足流量需求。最后得出了两种电液增压器的优缺点和各自的应用场合。In response to the situation which integrated booster cannot meet the usage requirements,two design schemes for large flow electro-hydraulic boosters are proposed based on universal electrical and hydraulic components.Modeling,simulating and testing by AMESim,and comparing the two schemes,the results show that the newly designed electro-hydraulic boosters abandon the integrated structure and adopt a distributed structure for layout,making the layout of the electro-hydraulic boosters more flexible,the maintenance is more convenient and can be designed to meet the flow requirements according to actual needs.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of two electro-hydraulic booster and their respective application scenarios are identified.
