摘 要:为了解决某回转体工件在试验前的保温以及运输问题,依据恒温保温箱和回转体工件的尺寸设计了该工件的托架结构,并采用UG建立了托架的三维模型。应用ANSYS Workbench对所设计的托架结构进行了有限元分析,托架的最大变形为0.76157 mm,最大等效应力为108.21 MPa,满足使用要求。最后根据托架结构和回转体工件的摆放要求设计了运输车,以满足回转体工件的运输要求。In order to solve the problem of heat preservation and transportation of a rotary workpiece before the test,the bracket structure of the workpiece was designed based on the dimensions of the insulation box and the rotating workpiece,and a three-dimensional model of the bracket was established using UG.Based on this,ANSYS Workbench was used to perform finite element analysis on the designed bracket structure.The maximum total deformation of the bracket was 0.76157 mm,and the maximum equivalent stress was 108.21 MPa,which meets the requirements for use,Finally,a transportation vehicle was designed based on the structure of the bracket and the placement requirements of the rotating body workpiece.The transportation vehicle can meet the transportation requirements of the rotating body workpiece.The designed bracket and transportation vehicle can perfectly solve the insulation and transportation requirements of a certain rotating body workpiece before testing,and can also provide reference for similar product testing requirements.
