摘 要:深孔加工技术是机械制造领域的工艺难题,变径深孔结构零件的制造更具有明显的工艺特征与加工难度。主要阐述了典型变径深孔件的技术特点,重点介绍了在车床上镗削、铰削深孔的工艺方法及在加工过程中需控制的技术要点,并简要介绍了变径深孔的精细加工方法以降低表面粗糙度,最后以加工案例为导向,分析了减振镗刀杆在复杂深变径深孔中的应用。采用减振镗刀杆可最大化降低切削振动,获得最佳工艺系统稳定性和加工精度。The technology of deep hole machining is a difficult problem in the field of mechanical manufacturing.The manufacturing of typical variable diameter deep hole structural parts has obvious technological characteristics and processing difficulty.This paper mainly describes the technical characteristics of the variable diameter deep hole parts,focuses on the process method of boring and reaming deep holes on the lathe and the technical points that need to be controlled in the processing,and briefly introduces the fine processing method of the variable diameter deep hole to reduce the surface roughness,finally,guided by the processing case,analyzes the application of the damping tool bar in the complex deep diameter inner hole.The damping tool bar can minimize the cutting vibration to obtain the best process system stability and machining accuracy.
