摘　　要：通过对斯特林制冷机驱动控制器电路的分析和器件选型,设计了一款以DSP为核心控制芯片、硬件与软件相结合、可对斯特林制冷机进行高精度温度控制的电路。介绍了电路的设计思路、各模块组成和功能,提出了提高温度控制精度的方法,给出了实际测试结果。测试结果表明:所设计的斯特林制冷机驱动控制电路控温范围宽、高温特性好、控温精度高,具备一定的工程应用价值。Through the analysis of the driving circuit of Stirling refrigerator and the selection of devices,a circuit with DSP as the core control chip is designed,which combines hardware and software to realize the high-precision temperature control of Stirling refrigerator.The optimization method of improving the temperature control precision is put forward,the design idea of the circuit,the composition and function of each module,and the actual test results are given.The test results show that the designed driving circuit of Stirling refrigerator has reliable performance,good high-temperature characteristics and high temperature control precision.
