摘 要:核电厂中重要厂用水系统是为核岛提供冷却水源的系统,重要厂用水泵的正常稳定运行对电厂安全生产具有重大意义。该泵组在安装调试阶段普遍存在大流量运行时泵侧振动合格、小流量下振动超标的现象。针对这一问题,分别测量不同流量工况下泵组不同区域振动频谱并分析频谱特征,通过加装可调支撑力度的三角支架,增大了支撑系统结构刚度。后续试验验证表明:该方法能有效降低水泵在小流量下的振动幅值,具有一定的推广应用价值。In a nuclear power plant,the important plant water system is a cooling water supply system for the nuclear island.Under normal operation or accident conditions,the heat load collected by the equipment cooling water system is transported to the final heat trap.The normal and stable operation of the important plant water pump is of great significance to the safety of the power plant.In the stage of installation and commissioning of the pump group,the vibration of the pump side is generally qualified in the operation of large flow rate and exceeds the standard in the operation of small flow rate.To solve this problem,the vibration spectrum in different regions of the pump group is measured respectively under different flow conditions,and the spectrum characteristics are analyzed.The structure stiffness of the support system is increased by installing a triangular bracket with adjustable support force.The subsequent test verifies that this method can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the pump under small flow rate,and has certain popularization and application value.
