摘  要:为提高顶驱吊环操作钻井作业的安全性,防止吊环倾斜状态下与二层台发生碰撞事故,研制了顶驱吊环防撞监测系统,用于在线监测顶驱吊环实时作业情况,保证作业安全。该系统主要由测距、测斜、电压监控、报警处理和数据接口一体化模块组成,通过对现场数据的采集分析证明,该系统具备较强的工程意义。With the increasing demand for oil and natural gas energy in the country,it is necessary to explore and develop more complex oil and gas fields,which has driven the development of petroleum drilling and production equipment towards high-performance and high automation.Top drive system has the characteristics of fast drilling speed,easy operation,reduced labor intensity of workers,and high safety,which making it increasingly widely used in major drilling companies both domestically and internationally.In order to improve the safety of drilling operations with the link of top drive system and prevent collision accidents with the second floor platform when the link are tilted,this paper develops an anti-collision monitoring system of the link of the top drive system,which is used to monitor the real-time operation of the top drive link online and ensure operational safety.After comparing and studying the collision prevention technologies currently used in the market,this article chooses to use wireless control technology to display,transmit,and store the engineering parameters required on site in real ime.The system mainly consists of distance measurement,inclination measurement,voltage monitoring,alarm processing,and integrated modules of data interface.Through the collection and analysis of on-site data,it has been proven that the system has strong engineering significance.
