保定市农产品商贸物流园区发展对策研究——基于PEST分析

摘　　要：在京津冀协同发展重大机遇的时代背景下,保定把现代商贸物流作为构建现代服务产业体系的战略支撑,作为农业强市,农产品商贸物流园区的建设,对保定打造现代化商贸物流强市和农业都市都具有重要意义。文章分析了保定市农产品商贸物流园区的建设规划现状和宏观环境,在分析结果的基础上从健全保障管理体制、完善基础设施建设、推进产业融合发展、加强专业人才培养和提供个性化生态服务五个方面对保定市农产品商贸物流园区发展提出建议。Against the backdrop of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,Baoding modern commercial logistics as a strategic support for the construction of modern service industry system.As a major agricultural city,the construction of agricultural commercial logistics parks is of great significance for Baoding to build a modernized commercial logistics city and an agricultural metropolis.This paper analyzes the current situation of construction planning and macro environment of Baoding agricultural products commercial logistics park.Based on the results of the analysis,it is suggested that the development of Baoding commercial logistics park should be based on five aspects,namely,to improve the social security and management system,to upgrade the infrastructure construction,to promote the integrated development of industries,to strengthen the cultivation of professional talents,and to provide personalized eco-services.
