摘　　要：文章首先概述了精益理念的基本原则和制造业企业面临的科研项目管理挑战,进而深入探讨了在精益理念指导下,制造业企业如何通过科研项目价值识别与客户需求分析、优化科研项目的价值流程、促进项目流动性发展以及加强环境效益保证,来探索科研项目管理的有效路径。通过这些探索,旨在为制造业企业提供一套科研项目管理的实践指南,以实现在快速变化的市场环境中持续创新和竞争优势的构建。This paper first outlines the basic principles of lean concept and the challenges of scientific research project management faced by manufacturing enterprises,and further discusses how manufacturing enterprises can optimize the value process of scientific research projects,promote the development of project liquidity and strengthen the guarantee of environmental benefits by identifying the value of scientific research projects and analyzing customer needs under the guidance of lean concept,to explore the effective path of scientific research project management.Through these explorations,the aim is to provide manufacturing enterprises with a set of practical guidelines for scientific research project management,in order to achieve continuous innovation and the construction of competitive advantage in the rapidly changing market environment.
