摘　　要：文章指出了利用大数据技术优化民办高校资金报销管理的必要性及其潜在影响,分析了现行财务管理体系中存在的核心问题,以及如何通过建立统一的数据平台、自动化审核监控系统、实时数据分析来优化报销流程和决策支持。民办高校经过这些改进,能够实现更精细、高效和透明的资金管理,更好地支持教育和研究活动的开展。This article points out the necessity and potential impact of using big data technology to optimize the reimbursement management of funds in private universities,analyzes the core problems existing in the current financial management system,as well as how to optimize the reimbursement process and decision support by establishing a unified data platform,automated audit monitoring system,and real-time data analysis.Through these improvements,private universities can achieve more refined,efficient,and transparent fund management,better supporting the development of education and research activities.
