摘  要:“双师型”教师队伍是提升职业教育质量的关键要素,国内外都对职业教育“双师型”教师的培养给予了足够的重视。具体到我国目前正在稳步推进的职业本科教育,“双师型”教师的培养存在着培养体系缺乏整体设计、“双师型”教师能力结构失衡、评价标准不完善等问题。为此,基于专业教学能力、课程开发能力、实践教学能力、创新设计能力、数字技术能力这一“双师型”教师的能力架构,职业本科教育应加快构建系统的专业能力培养体系,搭建产教融合的教师发展平台,强化课程开发与教学设计能力,打造校企协作项目化培养模式,构建赋能教师的数字支持体系,从而推动职业本科教育“双师型”教师队伍的高质量发展。“Double-qualified”teachers are the key factors to improve the quality of vocational education,and considerable attention has been devoted to their training in China and other countries.However,when it comes to the ongoing advancement of vocational undergraduate education in China,there are certain issues within the training system for“double-qualified”teachers.These include a lack of comprehensive design of the training system,unbalanced ability structure of“double-qualified”teachers,and incomplete evaluation standards.Therefore,it is imperative to speed up the establishment of a systematic professional ability training system based on a framework encompassing teaching proficiency,curriculum development ability,practical instruction ability,innovative design ability,and digital technology proficiency.This necessitates accelerating efforts toward constructing a teacher development platform that integrates industry and education while encouraging curriculum development and instructional design capabilities.Additionally,raising a collaborative model between educational institutions and enterprises is crucial.Furthermore,establishing a digital support system for empowered teachers should be prioritized to facilitate the high-quality growth of“double-qualified”teachers in vocational undergraduate education.
