摘 要:“逆社会时钟”青年作为现代社会转型下出现的新群体,是指那些在生活、职业发展或社会期望方面与传统时间线不同、不按常规顺序经历人生各阶段的青年。运用半结构访谈对12位具有“逆社会时钟”经历的青年进行了深度访谈,发现该群体面临焦虑与自卑心理、融入与参与困境、矛盾与自我冲突等现实困境,这些问题的形成与该群体行动的区域化、资源的匮乏有关,也在一定程度上源于文化惯习的制约。运用发展性社会工作专业方法,帮助“逆社会时钟”青年重塑个体化认知,增强个体归属感,主动应对个体化风险,从而促进青年的终身成长和全面发展。The“anti-social clock”youth,as a new group emerging under the transformation of modern society,refers to those who experience different stages of life in terms of life,career development,or social expectations from the traditional timeline but do not follow the conventional order.This study conducts a semi-structured interview for in-depth communication with 12 young people who have experienced“anti-social clock”.It is found that this group faces real-life challenges such as anxiety,inferiority,integration and participation difficulties,contradictions,and self-conflicts.The formation of these problems is related to the regionalization of the group’s actions,the scarcity of resources,and to some extent,the constraints of cultural habits.This study utilizes professional developmental social work methods to help“anti-social clock”youth reshape individualized cognition,enhance individual sense of belonging,and actively respond to individualized risks,thereby promoting their lifelong growth and comprehensive development.
