我国网络犯罪研究的现状、热点及动态前沿——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

摘　　要：运用CiteSpace软件和科学计量的方法,对当前中国知网所收录的主题为“网络犯罪”的1322篇核心期刊文献进行可视化分析,有助于深入挖掘我国网络犯罪研究的总体趋势、研究热点、发展脉络及动态前沿。我国网络犯罪研究的总体发文态势经历了萌芽起步期、稳步增长期、快速发展期三个阶段;当前我国的网络犯罪研究作者、研究机构尚未建立紧密的合作网络关系;大数据背景下的网络犯罪、帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪、网络共同犯罪等成为近年来学者研究的热点领域;未来的研究前沿将集中于人工智能技术应用对网络犯罪的影响、网络犯罪治理的国际合作与中国方案、新型网络犯罪治理路径等方面。Using CiteSpace software and scientometric methods,a visual analysis was conducted on 1,322 core journal articles themed"cybercrime"collected by CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure).The aim is to explore the overall trends,research hotspots,developmental trajectories,and dynamic frontiers in the field of cybercrime research in China.The results reveal that the overall publication trend of cybercrime research in China has gone through three stages:the embryonic stage,steady growth stage,and rapid development stage.Currently,there is a lack of close collaborative network relationships among authors and institutions in the field of cybercrime research in China.Areas such as cybercrime in the context of big data,aiding and abetting cybercrime activities,and collaborative cybercrime have become hot topics among scholars in recent years.Future research frontiers will focus on the impact of artificial intelligence technology on cybercrime,international cooperation in cybercrime governance with a specific emphasis on China's approach,and novel pathways for cybercrime governance.
