摘  要:多综合能源微网(integrated energy microgrids,IEM)配置共享储能电站(shared energy storage plant,SES)能显著提升系统能源利用率以及储能利用效率。然而,系统在实际运行中面临着主体协同管理、新能源出力随机性、多能负荷功率不确定性以及各个主体隐私保护等诸多挑战。针对上述问题,该文提出基于两阶段鲁棒的多综合能源微网-共享储能电站协同优化运行策略。首先,构建min-max-min两阶段鲁棒优化模型,第一阶段决策各IEM与SES电能交互量,第二阶段决策最恶劣情况下各IEM内调度计划。针对第二阶段含有“0-1”整数变量无法用卡鲁什·库恩·塔克(KarushKuhn-Tucker,KKT)条件转对偶求解的问题,据此提出重构与分解(reconstruction and decomposition,RD)—列和约束生成(column constraint generation,C&CG)算法的求解方法。其次基于纳什谈判理论,建立多IEM-SES系统运行效益最大化问题和电能交易支付最大化问题。最后,为保护各IEM隐私采用交替方向乘子法对两个问题进行分布式求解。通过仿真验证,所提策略兼顾了系统的鲁棒性和经济性,有效地保护了各主体的隐私性。Multiple integrated energy microgrids configured with shared storage can significantly improve system energy utilization and storage utilization efficiency.However,the system faces many challenges in actual operation,such as collaborative management of subjects,stochasticity of new energy output,power uncertainty of multiple energy loads,and privacy protection of each subject.To address the above problems,this paper proposes a two-stage robust multi-integrated energy microgrid-shared energy storage plant cooperative optimization operation strategy.First,the min-max-min two-stage robust optimization model is constructed;the first stage decides the amount of electrical energy interaction between each IEM and SES,and the second stage decides the scheduling plan within each IEM in the worst case and for the problem of the second stage which contains 0-1 integer variables that cannot be solved by KKT condition to turn the dyadic solution,according to which the solution method of the reconfiguration and decomposition-column constraints generation algorithm is proposed.Secondly,based on the Nash negotiation theory,the problem of maximizing the operational efficiency of the multi-IEM-SES system and the problem of maximizing the payment of electricity transactions are established.Finally,to protect the privacy of each IEM,the alternating direction multiplier method is used to solve the two problems in a distributed manner.Through simulation verification,the proposed strategy balances the system's robustness and economy and effectively protects each subject's privacy.
