摘  要:高比例新能源和大容量直流馈入使受端电网同步电源开机容量持续下降,系统惯量支撑和一次调频能力弱化,频率安全问题日益凸显。在规划和运行中,有必要纳入频率安全约束,分析受端电网可承载的直流最大传输容量(totaltransfer capacity,TTC)。为有效平衡清洁能源消纳和频率安全风险防控双重目标,计及施加快速频率控制的电化学储能、风电等多元异质资源,构建了一种考虑频率安全约束的受端电网直流最大传输容量评估模型,通过优化开机方案和多类型资源出力,求取满足各时段预想故障频率指标要求的直流TTC。针对暂态频率偏差约束的高度非线性特征,采用一种融合自适应分段和自适应合并策略的拟合方法对其进行线性化处理。基于改进的IEEE RTS-79系统开展算例分析,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。The high proportion of renewable energy access and the construction of HVDC transmission projects continuously decrease the penetration rate of synchronous power supply,and the lack of system inertia support strength and frequency modulation capability makes the frequency safety problem increasingly prominent.Suppose multiple types of resources are not considered to participate in frequency modulation when evaluating the total transfer capacity of HVDC tie-lines of the receiving-end grid.In that case,the proposed HVDC transmission scheme is complicated in ensuring the frequency security of the system.To solve the problem,this paper constructs a model for evaluating the total transfer capacity of HVDC tie-lines of the receiving-end grid under the constraint of frequency security by optimizing the synchronous unit boot scheme and the output of each power supply.Aiming at the highly nonlinear characteristics of the limitations,an adaptive piecewise fitting method is used to linearize the model and solve it.The improved IEEE RTS-79 system is analyzed in GAMS.The simulation results show that the proposed model can fully tap the frequency-modulation potential of multiple types of resources in the system,and the estimated total transfer capacity of HVDC tie-lines has a higher frequency safety level than the traditional model.
