摘 要:本研究以CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O,10%CaCl2-CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O,6%Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O为对象,利用TG-DSC热分析动力学及Kissnger、Ozawa、Crane和Coasts-Redfern方程等几种非等温动力学分析方法,对CaSO_(3)及其混合物氧化动力学特性进行研究。分析CaSO_(3)氧化反应过程,气-固反应机理,计算反应最概然机理函数和动力学参数。结果显示:CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O和6%Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O在空气中氧化分为两个阶段,属于三维扩散控制的气-固反应,前者E_(α)为205.5kJ·mol^(-1),A为6.791×10^(12)s^(-1),后者E_(α)为195.62kJ·mol^(-1),A为2.51×10^(12)s^(-1),Fe_(2)O_(3)促进氧化反应进行;10%CaCl2-CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O在空气中氧化与上述两种物质有明显不同,反应分为三个阶段,属三维扩散(球形对称)控制的气-固反应机理,CaCl_(2)抑制氧化反应的进行,E_(α)为243.98kJ·mol^(-1),A为5.67×10^(15)s^(-1).CaSO_(3)-2H_(2)O,10%CaCl-CaSO_(3):2H_(2)O,6%Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaSO_(3):2H_(2)O were taken as the object,the oxidation kinetics of CaSOg and its mixture were studied by TG-DSC and Kissnger,Ozawa,Crane and Coasts Redfern equations.The oxidation process and gas-solid reaction mechanism of CasO,were analyzed,and the most probable mechanism function and kinetic parameters of the reaction were calculated.The results showed:The oxidation of CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O and 6%Fe_(2)O_(3)-CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O in air is divided into two stages,belonging to the gas-solid reaction controlled by three-dimensional diffusion.The former E.was 205.5 kJ·mol^(-1),A was 6.791102,and the latter E_(a)was 195.62kJmolA was 2.51×10^(12)Fe_(2)O_(3)promotes oxidation reaction;The oxidation of 10%CaCl2-CaSO_(3)·2H_(2)O in air was obviously dfferent from the above two substances,and the reaction was divided into three stages,which belonged to the gas-solid reaction mechanism controlled by three-dimensional diffusion(spherical symmetry).CaCl,inhibits the oxidation reaction,and the E_(a)was 243.98 kJ·mol^(-1),and the A was 5.67x10'5 gl.
