酸性红显现非渗透性客体表面血手印的研究

摘  要:将酸性红染料应用于血潜手印显现技术,确定手印显现的最佳配方,配制出酸性红-甲醇显现液。在最优条件下,详细考察不同非渗透性客体、不同遗留时间、不同血液浓度手印的显现效果。实验结果表明酸性红显现液的灵敏度、稳定性较好,配制简便,且对陈旧血手印仍具有较好的显现效果,适用于非渗透性客体上血手印的显现。Acid red 112 were applied to the developing technology of blood fingerprints to define the optimal formula of reagent of Acid red 112 for developing blood fingerprints and prepare Acid red 112-methanol solution.The developing effect of fingerprints with different residual time,stain bearing object and blood concentration was investigated in detail.The results showed that the sensitivity and stability of the Acid red 112-methanol solution were good.It is simple to prepare the Acid red 112 reagent and has a good developing effect on old blood fingerprints,as well as its effectiveness in developing old blood fingerprints.It is suitable for developing blood fingermarks on non-porous surfaces.
