摘  要:为了开发结构新颖的高效杀虫剂或杀螨剂,采用活性亚结构拼接策略,以邻氨基三氟甲苯和2-氟-3-硝基苯甲酸为起始原料,经8步反应,合成了双酰胺类化合物MC-1100。其结构经^(1)HNMR、碳谱以及HRMS确证。活性测试结果表明,化合物MC-1100的活性均明显优于对照药剂溴虫氟苯双酰胺。测试昆虫为二化螟时,化合物浓度设置为0.125mg·L^(-1)的条件下,化合物MC-1100具有86.67%的防治效果;测试昆虫为小菜蛾时,化合物浓度低至0.025mg·L^(-1)的条件下,化合物MC-1100也具有56.67%的防治效果;此外,10mg·L^(-1)下对朱砂叶螨的防治效果仍达97.40%。化合物MC-1100在杀虫剂领域具有重要的研究价值。To discover novel insecticide or acaricide with improved activity,a diamide compound MC-1100 was designed and synthesized on the principle of biologically active factor splicing using o-aminotrifluorotoluene and 2-fluoro-3-nitrobenzoic acid as starting materials by 8-step reaction.The structure was confirmed by'H NMR,carbon spectrum and HRMS.The activity test results showed that the activity of compound MC-1100 was significantly better than that of the control agent bromofluorobenzamide.When the test insect was chilosuppressalis,the compound MC-1100 had 86.67%control effect at the concentration of 0.125 mg·L^(-1)When the insect was plutellaxylostella,the compound MC-1100 also had 56.67%control effect at the concentration of 0.025 mg·L^(-1)In addition,the control effect against tetranychus cinnabarinus was still up to 97.40%at 10 mg·L^(-1).Therefore,compound MC-1100 had important research value in the field of insecticides.
