摘　　要：近年来对变应性支气管肺曲霉病(ABPA)的研究逐渐深入,检测方法日趋完善,国内外诊断标准也持续更新,2024年国际人类和动物真菌学会成立ABPA工作组,采用改良的德尔菲法对ABPA的诊断、分类、治疗进行了更新。新的指南有助于提高ABPA的诊断敏感度,对ABPA的不同分期给出了更加明确的定义,对口服糖皮质激素、三唑类药物、生物制剂、吸入两性霉素B等药物的使用提供了建议。In recent years,research on allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA)has gradually deepened.A growing number of advanced detection methods have been applied to ABPA,and the diagnostic standards have continuously been updated both domestically and internationally.In 2024,an expert group was constituted by the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology,aiming to update the diagnosis,classification and treatment of ABPA using a modified Delphi method.The updated guidelines help improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ABPA,provide clearer definitions for ABPA at different stages,and offer new recommendations for the medications like oral corticosteroids,triazole drugs,biologics,and inhaled amphotericin B.
