摘　　要：涤纶粗旦多孔纤维目前在国内一般都采用侧吹风或环吹风单通道组件生产,不但生产成本高,产品品质也很难达到客户的要求。因此,通过DIO环吹粗旦多孔纤维的开发来提高生产质量,可以更好地满足市场需求,提高企业的生产效益。基于此,文章就DIO环吹粗旦多孔纤维的开发进行了研究,以期能够为该产品的生产提供科学技术参考。Currently,polyester coarse denier porous fibers are typically manufactured using single-channel components with side-blown or ring-blown air systems.This method not only incurs high production costs but also often fails to meet the quality standards expected by clients.Therefore,the development of DIO ring-blown coarse denier porous fibers aims to enhance production quality,thereby better satisfying market demands and improving the production efficiency of enterprises.In light of this,the study investigates the development of DIO ring-blown coarse denier porous fibers,aspiring to provide a scientific and technical reference for the production of this product.
