摘　　要：milvexian(研发代号:BMS-986177、JNJ-70033093)是一种新型小分子活化凝血因子Ⅺa(FⅪa)抑制剂,拟用于预防和治疗缺血性卒中、急性冠脉综合征和心房颤动等血栓栓塞性疾病。目前,milvexian已进入Ⅲ期临床研究阶段,已公布的临床研究结果显示,milvexian可以有效预防血栓形成且出血风险低,有望成为第一个针对新靶点FⅪa的新一代口服抗血栓治疗药物。本文针对milvexian的基本信息、药理作用、临床前研究及临床疗效与安全性等进行概述,旨在为药物开发和将来临床用药提供参考。milvexian(research code:BMS-986177,JNJ-70033093)is a novel small molecule inhibitor of coagulation factor XIa(FXIa)for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke,acute coronary syndrome,atrial fibrillation and other thromboembolic diseases.Currently,milvexian has entered phaseⅢclinical trials.Published clinical research results indicate that milvexian can effectively prevent thrombosis with a low risk of bleeding,making it a promising candidate as the first oral antithrombotic treatment targeting the new target FXIa.This article provides an overview of the basic information,mechanism of pharmacological action,efficacy and safety in preclinical and clinical studies of milvexian,aiming to provide a reference for drug development and future clinical use.
