摘　　要：磷酸二氢钠磷酸氢二钠复合磷酸盐颗粒(phosribbon复合颗粒)是由日本Zeria新药工业开发的一种口服复合磷酸盐制剂,用于治疗低磷性佝偻病/骨软化症,2012年12月25日经日本医药品医疗器械综合机构批准于日本上市。2024年6月4日,中国首个用于治疗低血磷性佝偻病/骨软化症患者的口服制剂——磷酸二氢钠磷酸氢二钠颗粒获批上市,给该类患者提供了药物治疗的新选择。目前因缺少国产磷酸二氢钠磷酸氢二钠颗粒的使用证据,本文就磷酸二氢钠磷酸氢二钠复合磷酸盐颗粒的基本信息、作用机制、药动学、临床疗效、安全性等研发动态进行综述,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。Sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate granules(Phosribbon Combination Granules)is an orally administered compound phosphate salt preparation developed by Zeria Pharmaceutical Industries Co.Ltd in Japan for the treatment of hypophosphatemic rickets/osteomalacia.The drug was approved by the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency(PMDA)in Japan and launched on December 25,2012.On June 4,2024,China approved the first oral formulation for the treatment of patients with hypophosphatemic rickets/osteomalacia,sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate granules,which provided a new option for drug treatment for this type of patient.Currently,due to the lack of domestic usage evidence for the drug,this article summarizes the basic information,mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,clinical efficacy,safety,and other research and development dynamics to provide a reference for the rational use of the drug in clinical practice.
