摘　　要：目的对常用口服第二代抗精神病药(SGAs)进行综合评价,以期为医疗机构药品遴选、临床用药决策提供参考。方法应用《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南(第二版)》评价体系,从药学特性、有效性、安全性、经济性和其他属性5个维度对纳入的10个SGAs进行赋分与评价。结果药学特性最具优势的是利培酮片、帕利哌酮缓释片、盐酸鲁拉西酮片,有效性最具优势的是奥氮平片,安全性和其他属性最具优势的均为阿立哌唑片,经济性最佳的是氯氮平片;10个SGAs中总分最高的是阿立哌唑片74.8分,总分最低的是布南色林片58.5分,其中有7个药品总分在70分以上。结论SGAs是治疗精神分裂症的首选治疗药物,在临床治疗中有不同优势,该评价结果为医疗机构药品遴选、临床治疗药物选择提供参考。Objective To comprehensively evaluate commonly used oral second-generation antipsychotics(SGAs),in order to provide a reference for drug selection and making clinical medication decisions in medical institutions.Methods Using the evaluation system of'A Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions(the Second Edition)'to conduct quantitative scores of the ten SGAs included from five dimensions:pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economy and other attributes.Results Among the pharmaceutical characteristics,risperidone tablets,paliperidone sustained-release tablets and lurasidone hydrochloride tablets have the most advantages.Olanzapine tablet shows the best effect for clinical use.The safety and other attributes of aripiprazole tablet are better.Clozapine tablet shows the best economy.Among the 10 SGAs,the highest total score was 74.8 points for aripiprazole tablet,and the lowest total score was 58.5 points for blonanserin tablet,among which 7 drugs had a total score above 70 points.Conclusion SGAs are the first choice for the treatment of schizophrenia,with different advantages in clinical treatment.The evaluation results can provide a basis for drug selection and clinical treatment drug selection in medical institutions.
