摘　　要：本文报道1例临床药师参与西罗莫司治疗新生儿卡波西样血管内皮瘤伴卡梅综合征的临床实践,临床药师依据循证医学证据,结合患儿个体情况,制订西罗莫司目标浓度范围,基于血药浓度监测结果调整西罗莫司给药方案,并实施严密的药学监护。出院后随访至4个月时,患儿病情控制良好,对西罗莫司耐受性良好,未发生严重不良反应。This article describes the clinical practice of sirolimus in the treatment of a neonata with Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma complicated with Kasabach-Merritt syndrome,with the participation of clinical pharmacists.Clinical pharmacists establish the target concentration range of sirolimus based on evidence-based medical evidence and the individual situation of the infant,adjusted the dosage of sirolimus according to the results of blood concentration detection,and provide close pharmaceutical care.The outpatient follow-up was up to 4 months after discharge,the patient's condition was well controlled,and sirolimus was well tolerated without serious adverse reactions.
