奥马珠单抗致迟发型过敏反应一例并文献分析

摘　　要：本文报道1例女性患者因咳嗽变异性哮喘皮下注射奥马珠单抗后第4天出现面部皮疹伴瘙痒,口唇部肿胀、麻木的迟发型过敏反应。检索国内外多个数据库发现,奥马珠单抗致速发型过敏反应的发生率超过0.2%,而致迟发型过敏反应相关报道较少。该例患者发生过敏反应与奥马珠单抗的评价结果为很可能。The article reported a case of a female patient who experienced a delayed allergic reaction,characterized by facial rash accompanied by itching,numbness,and swelling of the lips,on the fourth day following a subcutaneous injection of omalizumab for cough variant asthma.A search of multiple domestic and international databases reveled that the incidence of immediate allergic reactions to omalizumab exceeds 0.2%,while there are fewer reports related to delayed allergic reactions.The evaluation of the allergic reaction in this patient is very likely to be associated with omalizumab.
