经典名方金水六君煎的研究进展及“Q-marker”预测分析

摘　　要：经典名方金水六君煎收载于明代《景岳全书》,主治肺肾虚寒证,是临床上用于治疗肺系疾病的经典方剂。本文主要通过查阅知网近五年来的文献,围绕经典名方金水六君煎的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用三个方面进行阐述,并结合“Q-marker五原则”对金水六君煎的质量标志物进行预测分析,提出金水六君煎中的阿魏酸、橙皮苷、地黄苷A、地黄苷D、猪苓酸C、甘草苷、甘草酸、6-姜辣素可作为金水六君煎的质量标志物,为该方后续的质量标准体系建立及其拓展研究提供支持。The classic formula Jinshui Liujun Decoction is included in the Ming Dynasty's The Complete Works of [Zhang] Jing-yue,which mainly treats the syndrome of lung and kidney deficiency and cold and is used clinically for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.This study elaborates on the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities,and clinical application of Jinshui Liujun Decoction and makes a predictive analysis of its quality markers(Q-markers) based on the “Q-marker Five Principles”.It is found that ferulic acid,hesperidin,rehmannioside A,rehmannioside D,polyporenic acid C,glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhizic acid,and 6-gingerol in Jinshui Liujun Decoction can be used as its Q-markers.This study can provide support for the establishment of the quality standard system of Jinshui Liujun Decoction and its further research.
