摘　　要：文章介绍了我国符合欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范(TSI)要求,出口到欧洲核心区域,适应低站台的双流制铰接式城际动车组的整体结构和总体性能参数,以及双流制牵引系统、智能控制系统、信号系统、电磁兼容控制、防火安全、碰撞吸能结构、铰接式转向架等方面的主要技术创新点。该动车组与欧洲TSI运营需求高度兼容,能满足欧洲市场未来铰接式动车组产品的平台化拓展设计,基本上实现了动车组设计的简统化、系列化和模块化。This paper presents the overall structure and general performance parameters of China’s dual-power articulated intercity EMUs that meet the European Union Railway Technical Specification for Interoperability(TSI)requirements,export to the core region of Europe,and adapt to the low platform.The main technological innovations in dual-power traction system,intelligent control system,signal system,electromagnetic compatibility control,fire safety,collision energy absorption structure,articulated bogie and other aspects.The EMU is highly compatible with the European TSI operation requirements,and can meet the platform expansion design of future articulated EMU products in the European market.It basically realizes the simplification,serialization and modularization of the EMU design.
