摘  要:文章分析论证了160 km/h市域D型动车组转向架的车轮、车轴、轴箱轴承、轴箱体、齿轮箱、构架、牵引装置、悬挂系统、走行部监测装置等关键部件的选型,并阐述了其仿真验证和试验验证情况。动车组开通运营以来,转向架运行安全平稳,其各部件运行可靠。This paper analyzes and demonstrates the selection of key components such as wheel,axle,axle box bearing,axle box body,gearbox,frame,traction device,suspension system and running gear monitoring device of bogie for 160 km/h urban D-type EMU,and expounds its simulation verification and test verification.Since the operation of the EMU,the bogie has been running safely and smoothly,and its components have been running reliably.
